I was lucky enough to receive some great Sinclair ZX Spectrum music add-ons in a package from Andy in a previous vlog (here), one of which was a RAM Music Machine.
I’m planning to do a video of this piece of kit in action, assuming it works, and have had some great success in finding some of the files on the web.
Wellllll……. I’ve found the manual, the software and even an MP3 set of both sides of the “Demo Song” tape provided with the unit:
The scanned user guide for the Ram Electronics Music Machine, a sampler and MIDI sequencer interface for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Originally sourced from World of Spectrum.
The Ram Electronics Music Machine software for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum, as a TZX tape image in a ZIP file. Load it in an emulator or onto real hardware with a TZX player. Originally sourced from World of Spectrum.
Side A of the Demo Song tape supplied with the Ram Music Machine for the ZX Spectrum, as an MP3 audio file. Originally sourced from World of Spectrum.
Side B of the Demo Song tape supplied with the Ram Music Machine for the ZX Spectrum, as an MP3 audio file. Originally sourced from World of Spectrum.
These were found on the awesome project that is World of Spectrum and are now also hosted here to save WoS bandwidth 🙂
