Free English service manual for the Sony Trinitron KV-X2932U (UK model, RM-689 remote) CRT colour television. The 56 page scanned PDF contains the KV-X2932U Supplement-1, covering the changed A1 circuit board, followed by the full KV-X2931D service manual it updates. Shared by Mark Fixes Stuff to help keep classic Trinitron sets running.
A 3D-printable reset button extension for my Mark Fixes Stuff version of the Pico A10400 Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 multicart case.
The extension makes the recessed cartridge reset switch accessible from outside the case. Its appearance is inspired by the controls on the original Atari VCS.
This download contains the extension as an STL file. The model uses a push fit over the tapered reset switch fitted in my build. Check the fit carefully, as switch dimensions and printer tolerances may vary. Adjust the model or print settings if needed rather than forcing it onto the switch.
I printed mine in Eryone Silk Silver PLA to recreate the look of the original console controls (Affiliate Link).
The main cartridge case and CX40-style power button cap are separate downloads. This part operates the cartridge’s reset switch; it is not a replacement switch for an Atari console.
Credits: extension model by Mark Fixes Stuff, following Dave’s suggestion from the Gummi Crew. Designed for my modified case for Andrea Ottaviani’s Pico A10400 multicart.
Watch the build: https://youtu.be/qJq2sXFw4T0
A 3D-printable power button cap for the latching power switch used in my Mark Fixes Stuff version of the Pico A10400 multicart case.
The design takes its inspiration from the red fire button on the classic Atari CX40 joystick. I printed mine in red to complete the Atari look.
This download contains the button cap as an STL file. Import it into your slicer and choose settings appropriate for your printer and filament. Check the fit against your switch before pressing it fully into place; different switch dimensions and printer tolerances may require adjustment.
I used Eryone Red PLA which I found to be a close match to an original CX40 button. (Affiliate link)
The cartridge case and VCS-style reset extension are separate downloads. This is a cap for the cartridge’s power switch, rather than a replacement electrical switch or a replacement CX40 joystick button.
Credits: button model by Mark Fixes Stuff, following Terry’s suggestion from the Gummi Crew. Designed for my modified case for Andrea Ottaviani’s Pico A10400 multicart.

My modified 3D-printable case for Andrea Ottaviani’s Pico A10400 Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 multicart, as featured in the Mark Fixes Stuff build video.
The case includes embedded text and Atari Fuji logos arranged for multicolour printing, with labels showing which end fits each console. The rear credits Andrea Ottaviani, the original cartridge designer.
This download contains a 3MF project, rather than a printer-ready universal file. Adapt the printer, build plate, nozzle, filament assignments and print settings to suit your own machine before slicing.
I printed mine using a 0.2mm nozzle, Eryone Black PLA and Eryone Metallic Silk Silver PLA for the lettering. I strongly recommend a 0.2mm nozzle: in my experience, the fine text needs that resolution to look good. Results with larger nozzles have not been verified.
The matching CX40-style power button and VCS-style reset extension are available as separate STL downloads. My assembly uses two M2.6 × 8mm screws.
Credits: original Pico A10400 project and supplied case design by Andrea Ottaviani (aotta); case modifications by Mark Fixes Stuff. Atari names and Fuji logos belong to their respective owner.
Watch the build: https://youtu.be/qJq2sXFw4T0
Original project: https://github.com/aotta/PicoA10400
Mark Fixes Stuff’s Photoshop recreation of the classic Atari 2600 / VCS “black” style cartridge label, with front and heel stickers. The layers are all editable and the file can be used for making your own labels. The fonts used are MumboSSK for the main text and Arial for some of the glyphs like the â„¢ and © symbols. The asterisk is also Mumbo SSK but rotated to match the original label.
This is not intended to be an exact match.
Fonts required are included in the zip file as TTF files – All rights and credit to the author of the font.
